The new moon in Aquarius is peaking tomorrow, Wednesday, January 29th. This is the first new moon of 2025!

This is a beautiful time to set intentions, as always on a new moon. It’s also a time to go within and have more pious, quiet time with yourself and Spirit, and come into a clear knowing of the seeds being planted within your field.

Open to receive this — allow more of you to open to receive.

The New Moon is a favorite time for me, because it does feel very pious and tender, but in a way that feels like a soft opening.

The moon being in Aquarius is about service for the collective, creating new pathways and becoming this bolder version of yourself with the intention of helping the collective — with the intention of service, of coming more precisely into your service of humanity.

That doesn’t mean you have to have a business doing this — You serve just by being you. You serve by cultivating more of who you are. So don’t get all caught up in your head about what this looks like.

It’s about recognition of where you’re being invited into a deeper level of divinity and connection with your soul. And that’s how we change, right? We talk about desiring different scenarios in our lives, whether it’s relationships, a health situation, career or money related, freedom related, joy related, love related, and the list goes on.

Yes, our subconscious minds are invested in whatever is being created in our reality. But guess what is more powerful and deeper than the subconscious mind? Spirit. Your soul.

The more you just spend time with your soul, and allow yourself to attune to that frequency and receive the wisdom and deliciousness it’s bringing forward, the more your subconscious mind gets reprogrammed.

You don’t have to dive into this deep healing adventure and make it feel like work. This gets to be a soft and gentle unfolding, that will naturally have feelings associated with it (we are human beings and aren’t meant to escape that), but we don’t have to do it in such a harsh way.

This new moon is about simplicity, rest, being, becoming…RECEIVE from within/above rather than consuming from outside of you.

There’s a lot right now. More stimulation than we are already accustomed to on this planet.

Find you. Be with you. Open your heart (and your crown chakra) to welcome in divine energy. Breathe widely into the abdomen. Expand the rib cage.

Be present with what IS within your field — be graciously discerning about the energy arriving to you, through what you hear, feel, sense, see, and taste.
