It means you get to connect to the essence of you however your energy dictates that day.
For some, this will be:

🧚Coming into quiet connection with a loved one (eye gazing is a great one)
🧚Journaling (and after you vent it out, getting still and receiving what’s speaking through you)

🧚Channeling
🧚Breathwork
🧚Music, baby!

Regardless of your practice, if you choose presence in your reality, your mind and nervous system will slow down, you will receive more than you try, and the meditative practice that feels right for you will naturally arrive and invite you in.
Presence allows you to tune further into the subtleties of your own energy and how things feel.
