How to Alchemize Emotions into 5D Consciousness

My Brisk Adventure from Frustration to an Ever-widening Smile

As you read this progression, you will be learning:

This emotional alchemy adventure started with me feeling frustrated with someone for continuing to keep me at an arm’s length.

After allowing the frustration to have its say for a bit, I remembered it’s toxic to my body and not helpful to hold on to, and truly has nothing to do with the other person.

I reminded myself it’s an emotion introduced by Source to activate me into self intimacy & realization, and others have complete sovereignty over their actions/engagement with me.

I chose to turn toward what brought me joy and fulfillment in that moment (so I could fulfill my own needs, highlighted by my desire for attention of the other).

I moved my body and listened to a channeled audio from @ashmi.path. Just being connected to that energy reminded me of the precise reason I love channeling so much.

I was already starting to brighten. So I chose to channel later in the day, which made me smile. I also shared some of it with others, which made them smile.

That reminded me how powerful The Akashic Records are and how much I appreciate and believe in sharing their impact. I smiled bigger. But this one was a subconscious smile, one where the grin forms before you feel the associated joy, confirming how deeply this happiness roots.

This joy shined a spotlight on how much my work and mission light me up. So I thought about what the next step was in my mission. I then updated the description of my Akashic Immersion program (which starts on 12/1) so others can read about how this space completely changes your life & fully introduces you to who you truly are.

Which made me smile wider at how many people are learning, or interested in learning more, about The Akashic Records, eager to fully understand and know how to work with it, and connect to more LOVE.

I was beaming by the end of this. Beaming. THIS is emotional alchemy. It’s the gateway into 5D consciousness (viewing the world through the eyes of divine love).

And this is what it means to continue to return to your mission (what’s profoundly important to you), as you understandably get lost in the human sauce.

Everything else extends naturally when you’re fully actualized and convicted in your vibration and your mission (eg, intimacy, health, wealth, & peace).

So allow the frustration. But refocus. Don’t sit in it. Marination = stagnation. Stagnation = Depression, Anxiety, Illness, & Feeling Stuck.

This work has offered me the most sustainable, deep, consistently expansive results. I know and see myself exactly as I am, human idiosyncrasies and all, and I love all of me, immensely.
