Why Not Choose Ecstasy?

You’ve experienced joy, in moments and extended periods of time, and yet you know there’s more. You want this joy to last longer, heighten, and become your go-to vibe.

You’re not a greedy, selfish, ungrateful ho 😂. In fact gratitude naturally begets more as you sink into full body appreciation.

Your vibe elevates and more magnetizes. Your whole energy field softens and opens. You’re more receptive to the blessings coming to you.

Most people don’t allow themselves to feel this level of joy and appreciation. You do. You open space to deeply receive it, even when you feel resistance and whine your way there 😂.

You choose you. Maybe not every moment (let’s be real) but you remain curious and aware of your state of being throughout each day.

This is brilliant. Truly. Do you know how small of a percentage of the population creates intentional space in their minds, schedules, and nervous systems to operate this consciously?

Dude you’re a champ. Thank you for being you.

It’s an act of collective service to model, and reflect to others, the level of joy every one of us is capable of accessing. You are literally paving new pathways for those who believe they’re stuck and destined for an “eh” or “decent” life.

They can absolutely choose that if they desire, and so can you. But you know you don’t want to and that’s not where you’re being pulled.

You might be uncomfortable you’re being pulled there sometimes but the soul direction is clear. You’re meant to embody something unique, something soft, wise, and impactful (in your own way and scale).

Ecstasy is higher dimensional buzzing, a state of divine perspective and frequency where the shitstorms of human life feel like nonchalant natural occurrences that very obviously have a simple and swift solution.

It’s a feeling of bliss coupled with the sensation of sharp discernment, calm centeredness, and a fullness in the body like you’ve been filled with a pitcher of rich, textured, delicious love. Feel every cell absorb that shit like a sponge.

One of my favorite statements on a retreat of mine (from a client) was, “I can’t believe you got me to this frequency and state of consciousness without drugs😂. I’ve never been able to feel this level of ecstasy without using a substance to get me here.”

I have all sorts of thoughts on plant medicine but that’s for another time lol.

The point is, there’s more of you to come forward, claim, celebrate, and embolden. There’s more space within you to reveal, and rest in your essence.

The depths to which we can go, quickly, in concentrated, extended space is life-opening alchemy.

There’s nothing I love more than retreats. The sisterhood, raw authenticity, amplified divine energy, and soul-deep laughter are the most potent medicine.

I am so eager for my next one in March, under the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. Eclipse season carries vibes x1,000. Add in a retreat and whew baby, LFG🔥.
